知识经济的灵魂是创新,教育改革和教学创新是知识经济的必然要求。构建出"面向教学创新的高校知识管理模式",从学校教学工作全局出发,强化知识管理,致力于高校教学知识资源的积累、共享、应用与创新,最终实现持续的教学创新,并提出高校实施知识管理的资源保障、技术保障、机制保障、管理保障、文化保障等保障措施。

Innovation is the soul of the knowledge economy,education reform and teaching innovation is the inevitable requirement of the knowledge economy.This paper constructed＂Knowledge Management Mode in Higher Education Institutions for Teaching Innovation＂.The Mode took into account the overall situation of school teaching,and strengthened knowledge management,and promoted the accumulation,sharing,application and innovation of teaching knowledge resources in higher education institutions.Continuous teaching innovation was its ultimate goal.The paper proposed support measures for knowledge management in higher education institutions,such as resources,technology,mechanism,management and culture.
