竞争情报系统构建的知识生态学视角

Construction of Competitive Intelligence Systems:A Perspective from the Knowledge Ecology

知识生态系统是知识主体及其环境组成的相互作用、相互影响的综合体。竞争情报系统除了一般系统和复杂性系统的特征之外,它还具有元系统、覆盖网、虚拟性、适应性和以人的思维为主导等特性。试图从知识生态系统角度来探讨竞争情报系统构建问题。竞争情报系统的构建主要工作不在于开发基于信息通信技术的系统或网络,而关键是情报工作者的组织、人际情报网络的创建以及人主机辅的竞争情报系统的架构。

This paper firstly analyzed the features of competitive intelligence systems（CIS）,such as meta-system,overlay network,virtual,adaptive,human central and so on.Then,from the viewpoint of knowledge ecosystems,it probed into the measurements of the planning and construction of CIS.Finally,the construction of CIS should focus on organization of CI professionals,building of human relationship networks,and architecture of CIS.
