公共文化服务以"以人为本"、"普遍均等,惠及全民"为原则,公共图书馆如何实现均等化服务,如何才能真正惠及全民?本文就此作了讨论并就公共图书馆强化均等化服务方面提出建议。
The principles of public cultural services are＂people-oriented＂,＂universal and equal benefit of the whole people＂.But how to do public libraries achieve equalization of service and benefit the whole people？This article has a discussion on this and made recommendations on the enhancement of equalization of service in public libraries.
