In order to approach the topmost level of library service,it is of undoubted necessity to achieve the modernization of the library management.The success of such modernization is incumbent on following aspects：the enrichment of electronic resources,the fortification of the hardware for information management,emphasizing on the quality of Internet transmission as well as the amplification of the modern technological information access.On the other hand,it is of formidable significance for librarians to update knowledge level and to master the key issues in modern library management for the purpose of accelerating the process of modernization of library management,elevating the service standard,and enhancing the reputation of our library.
