Extraction and isolation of water-soluble polysaccharides from marine microalgae

摘要 热水浸提螺旋藻多糖最佳的提取条件为:液料比(mL∶g)=30∶1,提取温度80℃,提取时间4 h,多糖提取率为56.24%。用PFS处理后,提取液的粘度下降了41.1%,杂质絮凝率、脱色率、蛋白质去除率分别达到80.32%,75.48%,50.30%,糖含量保存率为85.40%。处理后提取液再经醇沉复溶,所得的糖纯度为0.89 g/g总固形物。 The optimal extracting conditions of hot water extraction of water-soluble polysaccharides from marine microalgae were determined.The results showed that the optimal extraction conditions were as follows:the ratio of solution to material 30∶ 1,the extraction temperature 80 ℃ and the extraction time 4 h and the yield of polysaccharides was 56.24%.Treated with PFS,the viscosity of extract was reduced by 41.10%.The flocculation rate was 80.32%,the decolorization rate was 75.48% and the protein removal rate was 50.30% and 85.40% of the total sugars were retained.Purified polysaccharides was obtained by precipitation from the treated extract with alcohol.The purity of redissolved polysaccharides reached 0.89 g/g.
