二氧化硅表面负载纳米级SnO_2-CuO复合材料的制备工艺研究 被引量:1

摘要 以有机改性的SBA-15为载体,采用化学共沉积法制备了一种负载纳米金属氧化物SnO2-CuO/SBA-15新型材料,通过IR、UV和SEM表征其结构和形貌。考察了影响材料性能的几个主要参数。通过正交实验得到工艺优化条件为:原料配比n(Sn)∶n(Cu)=1∶3,反应时间为3 h,反应温度为70℃。 A novel composite material of mesoporous SBA-15 loaded nanometer SnO2-CuO was prepared by grafting and chemical coprecipitation.Characteristics of mesoporous composite material were investigated by IR,UV and SEM.The orthogonal experiment results show that the optimum technological conditions were as follows:n(Sn)∶ n(Cu) were 1∶ 3,reaction time and reaction temperature were 3 h and 70 ℃,respectively.
