油田采出水悬浮液稳定性因素分析 被引量:4

摘要 注水开发是提高油田最终采收率和开发效益的主要方式,注水水质是实现油田高效开发的关键。针对胜利油田坨四采出水,考察了外界条件(矿化度、pH值、固体颗粒浓度)及水处理剂(缓蚀剂、阻垢剂、杀菌剂、絮凝剂)对悬浮液稳定性的影响。结果表明,矿化度和固体颗粒浓度增加,悬浮液稳定性增强;中性条件下有利于悬浮液的稳定性;缓蚀剂、阻垢剂、杀菌剂能够降低油水界面张力,阻垢剂HEDP能够使界面剪切黏度快速增加,悬浮液稳定性增强;絮凝剂聚铝能够破坏悬浮液的稳定性。 Waterflood is the main method for EOR,and water quality is very important in waterflood.Effect of the suspension stability were investigated in different conditions,such as mineralization,pH,the concentration of solid particle and the water treatment agent in the product water.The results indicated that the mineralization and the concentration of solid particle increased,and stability of the suspension was enhanced.Under the neutral conditions,the suspension stability was increased.The inhibitor,antiscale and bactericide agent could cut down oil/water interfacial tension,the stability of the suspension was enhanced.Flocculating agent could break the stability of suspension.
