摘要 在硫酸介质中,甲醛能催化溴酸钾氧化荧光素的反应,使其共振荧光强度减弱,据此建立了催化共振荧光动力学分析法测定甲醛的新方法。方法的线性范围为0.023 8~0.175μg/mL,检出限7.15×10-3μg/mL,RSD小于2.47%,样品加标回收率为96.5%~104.6%。该方法简便快速、干扰小,用于室内空气和环境水样中甲醛的测定,结果满意。 The formaldehyde can catalyze potassium bromate oxidizing fluorescein resulting in decreasing of the intensity of resonance fluorescence in sulfuric acid medium,a novel catalytic resonance fluorescence method was proposed for the determination of trace formaldehyde.The linear range and the determination limit for formaldehyde were 0.023 8~0.175 μg/mL and 7.15 × 10-3 μg/mL,respectively.The RSD was less than 2.47%.The recovery rates were 96.5%~104.6%.This method is quick and simple with little interference.It can be applied to the determination of trace formaldehyde in air of room and water samples of environment with satisfactory results.
