摘要
利用顶空固相微萃取/气相色谱/质谱联用技术研究陈皮的挥发性成分。采用65μm PDMS/DVB纤维头,于60℃条件下吸附30 min,再使用岛津CBB5石英毛细管色谱柱(25 m×0.25 mm×0.25μm)进行GC/MS分析。结果显示,陕西陈皮的主要挥发性成分为柠檬烯(79.17%),其余含量较高的成分还有松油烯(4.47%)、α-法呢烯(2.85%)、β-月桂烯(1.60%)、γ-榄香烯(1.39%)、散花烃(0.91%)、大根香叶烯D(0.87%)以及β-芳樟醇(0.68%)等。
The volatile compositions from the Pericarpium citri reticulatae were obtained by headspace solid phase microextraction-gas chromatography spectrometry-mass spectrometry(HS-SPME/GC/MS).The volatile compositions were absorbed by the fiber of PDMS/DVB(65 μm) at 60 ℃ for 30 min and analyzed by quartz capillary column of CBB5(SHIMADZU,25 m×0.25 mm×0.25 μm).The results showed the volatile compositions of Pericarpium citri reticulatae from Shaanxi mainly included limonene(79.17%),and other compound of higher content terpinene(4.47%),α-farnesene(2.85%),β-myrcene(1.60%),γ-elemene(1.39%),o-cymene(0.91%),germacrene D(0.87%),β-linalool(0.68%) and so on.
