土甘草正丁醇提取物抗炎镇痛作用研究

The Effect of Butanol Extracts from Tugancao on Anti-inflammatory and Analgesic

目的:对土甘草正丁醇提取物的抗炎、镇痛作用研究。方法:采用二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀法、醋酸扭体法观察土甘草的抗炎、镇痛作用。结果:土甘草对二甲苯所致小鼠耳肿胀有明显的抑制作用(P<0.05);对0.7%醋酸所致小鼠扭体反应有明显的抑制作用(P<0.05)。结论:土甘草正丁醇提取物具有一定的抗炎、镇痛作用。

Objective：To study anti-inflammatory,analgesic effects of the butanol extracts of Tugancao.Methods：The anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects of Tugancao were observed by means of dimethylbenzene inducing ear edema model,acetic acid writhing test.Results：Tugancao can significantly inhibit the inflammation caused by xylene（P0.05） and inhibit writhing reaction caused by 0.7% acetic acid in mice（P0.05）.Conclusion：Tugancao has anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects.
