黄芪建中汤对D-半乳糖致衰老小鼠的抗氧化作用 被引量:11

摘要 目的:观察黄芪建中汤对D-半乳糖致衰老小鼠的抗氧化作用。方法:使用D-半乳糖建立小鼠衰老模型,随机数字表法分为空白对照组、模型对照组、维生素E组(50mg/kg)、黄芪建中汤高剂量组(8g/kg)、黄芪建中汤中剂量组(4g/kg)和黄芪建中汤低剂量组(2g/kg);实验6周后处死动物,测定脑组织中的丙二醛(MDA)含量、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)及谷胱甘肽过氧化物(GSH-Px)活性。结果:与空白对照组相比,模型对照组小鼠脑组织中的MDA含量显著性升高(P<0.05);黄芪建中汤组三个剂量组MDA含量均较模型组显著降低(P<0.05),其中高、中剂量组与维生素E组比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。与空白对照组相比,模型对照组小鼠脑组织中SOD、GSH-Px活性显著性降低(P<0.05);黄芪建中汤组三个剂量组SOD、GSH-Px活性均较模型组显著提高(P<0.05),其中高、中剂量组与维生素E组比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:黄芪建中汤可提高小鼠脑组织的抗氧化能力。 Objective:The antioxidant effects of Huangqijianzhong decoction on Oxidases in Brain Tissues of D-Galactose-induced aging were explored in this paper.Methods: The D-galactose aging model mice were established.Six groups of mice were randomly divided into control group,model group,Vitamin-E(50mg/kg)group,Huangqijianzhong high-dose(8g/kg)group,Huangqijianzhong middle-dose(4g/kg)group and Huangqijianzhong low-dose(2g/kg)group.Six weeks after the experiment,the content of MDA,the activities of SOD,GSH-Px in brain tissues were analyzed.Results: Compared with the control group,the content of MDA of the model group was significantly increased(P0.05).The activities of SOD and GSH-Px were significantly decreased(P0.05).Compared with the model group,the contents of MDA of the three Huangqijianzhong groups were significantly decreased(P0.05),and the activities of SOD and GSH-Px were significantly increased(P0.05).There was no significant difference between Huangqijianzhong high-dose,Huangqijianzhong middle-dose groups and Vitamin-E group(P0.05).Conclusion: Huangqijianzhong decoction can improve the antioxidant capability in brain tissues of mice.
