The Equity and Efficiency:The Allocation of Financial Resources in Education

教育公平与效率是教育资源配置的基本原则,也是衡量教育资源配置是否合理的主要标准,规约着教育资源配置政策的价值取向。文章通过对国内外学者有关教育公平与效率的概念及两者关系的梳理,试图阐明教育财政资源配置过程中的公平与效率问题,以期通过对教育财政资源的配置过程中的公平与效率问题的关注,实现对教育财政资源更加公正、合理、有效的配置,促进教育事业朝着理性的方向发展。

Equity and efficiency of education are the basic principles of the allocation about educational resources and the main criteria which to measure the reasonableness when the educational resources is allocated,it restricts the value orientation of the education resources allocation policy.The paper started from the domestic and foreign scholars to the relationship between equity and efficiency of the education and their concepts,tried to clarify equity and efficiency when the educational financial resources is been allocating.With the concern of the problem,try to realize the educational financial resources allocation becoming more impartial,reasonable and effective,so as to promote education on the rational development.
