摘要
介绍了GB3836系列标准的形成历史、标准构成和最新修订情况,重点梳理了爆炸性环境用电气设备"通用要求"和由隔爆外壳"d"、增安型"e"、本质安全型"i"保护的电气设备的新旧GB3836系列标准间的主要技术变化及其与相应IEC标准的差异。新旧GB3836系列标准间的主要变化包括:融合了Ⅲ类设备的要求、引入了设备保护级别、关注更多的潜在点燃源、引入了基于设备保护级别的防爆型式符号和防爆标志新方法、规定了防爆产品说明书的细节要求、增加了多种隔爆面结构形式、增加了高压电动机进行爆炸试验的要求、增加本质安全型"ic"保护等级、引入了0区用双重防爆技术等。最后,就新版GB3836系列标准的有效实施指出了防爆安全相关的制造厂商、检验机构、设计院和用户等各方的职责。
The formation history, composition of GB3836 series standards and its latest revisions are introduced. The main technical changes between new and old GB3836 series standards and deviation against corresponding IEC standards for the general requirements of equipments used in explosive atmosphere, as well as electric equipments with type of protection flameproof enclosure "d", increased safety "e", intrisic safety "i" are outlined. The significant changes between new and old GB3836 series standards mainly include as following: immission of technical requirments of group III equipment, introduction of equipment protection level (EPL), attention to more ignition sources, introduction of new Ex marking and sysmbol for type of protection based on EPL, detail requirment of explosion protection product specification, increase structure of many types of protection flameproof enclosure, increase of explosion test requirment for Ex "e" high-voltage motors, increase of protection level "ic", introduction of "dual" types of protection for use of zone 0 and etc.. Finally the responsibility of explosion-protection-related parties including manufacturer, testing organization, design institute and end user are indicated to implement effectively the new GB3836 series standards.
