摘要 介绍一种新型浮力法储液罐液位、油水界面及密度自动检测装置的设计和使用。通过对比目前多种液位仪表,如浮子钢带式直读液位表、磁伸缩式液位计、张力伺服式液位计等,这些设备长度有限,大都有运动件,存在卡死等问题。该方案基于阿基米德浮力定律,设计浮力液位测量棒,其所受浮力与浸液深度及液体的密度成正比。使用称重传感器及微型计算机或PLC经测量及计算得到结果。该技术可以测量液面、油水界面、密度。较同类功能装置精度高,安装校准便利,安全可靠,成本低。 The design and application of automatic measurement unit of liquid level, oil-water interface and density with buoyancy force method for liquid tanks is introduced. There are many kinds of liquid level measurement instruments such as float steel bent liquid level meter, magnetic,etc.. The length of those meters is limited, most have moving parts and easy to block. This solution is based on the Archimedes law to design measuring bar (sensor). For level testing, the buoyancy force is proportional to the weight of displaced fluid volume. Therefore loading cell with embedded MCU or PLC is used to measure and calculate. The system is applied in measuring tank lavel, water-oil interface and densities of fluid. The system has advantage of higher accurate, easy to install and calibrate, safe, reliable and low cost comparing with currently used equipments.
