摘要
混凝土搅拌运输车对筒体同轴度精度的要求较高,目前由于受简体中柱筒结构和老式工艺装备的局限而难以满足工艺要求,致使筒体的制作效率低、工时成本高、安全系数低。为此,对筒体的中柱筒结构进行了改进,同时改进了组对工艺装备,由此在保障同轴度精度的前提下,简化了工艺流程,降低了工时成本,提高了工作效率和操作的安全性。
Concrete mixer requires tanker with good coaxiality. The effort on this regularly results in low efficiency, safety factor, and high man-hour cost; at present due to the limitations of the tanker middlecolumn structure and old process equipment. By changing these two, on the premise of good coaxiality precision, the process flow is simplified, and working efficiency is raised as well as lower man-hour cost and safer operation.
