摘要
针对传统的Boost ZVT-PWM有源功率因数校正电路中辅助开关管为硬开关工作状态下开关关断损耗大、系统效率低的缺点,提出了在辅助开关管电路中增加无损耗的吸收电路来实现辅助开关管的软关断。改进型Boost ZVT-PWM功率因数校正电路使整个电路的开关管都处在软开关状态,提高了系统的效率;同时,消除了由于开关温升上升引起的干扰,确保了整个系统的可靠性。仿真结果验证理论分析的正确性。
For the conventional Boost ZVT-PWM active power factor correction circuit,the system had large shutdown losses because of auxiliary switch on hard-working,and the system had disadvantage of low efficiency.The absorption circuit in the auxiliary switch circuit to achieve soft turn-off was presented.All the switches worked in a state of soft-switching for an improved Boost ZVT-PWM PFC circuit.So the improved Boost ZVT-PWM PFC circuit could improve the efficiency of the system,at the same time it could eliminate the interference because of switch temperature rising,and could ensure the reliability of the whole system.Finally,the simulation results veri-fied the theoretical analysis.
