湖南省城乡一体化评价指标体系及量化分析

Index System and Quantitative Analysis of Urban and Rural Integration in Hunan Province

为了评价和分析湖南省及各市州城乡一体化进程,利用层次分析法(AHP)从城乡发展、城乡均衡和城乡协调3个方面构建指标体系,计算出2005-2009年湖南省城乡一体化指数及2008年湖南省各市州城乡一体化指数.分析结果表明:近年来湖南省城乡一体化整体进程较快,其中城乡发展和城乡协调进步显著,但城乡均衡改善不明显;同时各市州城乡一体化发展不均衡,差异主要体现在城乡发展和城乡协调两个方面,城乡均衡差异较小.

In order to evaluate and analyze the process of urban and rural integration of Hunan Province,this article constructed an index system from urban-rural development,urban-rural balance,urban-rural coordination in the analytic hierarchy process（AHP）,and calculated the urban-rural integration index from 2005 to 2009 in Hunan Province and the integration index of various cities of the Province in 2008.The results have shown that,in recent years,the development of urban-rural integration in Hunan Province is quick,and the progress in the coordination of urban-rural areas is significant.However,there has been no obvious improvement in urban-rural balance.At the same time,the development of urban and rural integration in various cities is imbalanced,with the differences mainly in urban-rural development and urban-rural coordination.
