包钢选厂反浮尾矿搅拌磨细磨强化分选试验研究 被引量:5

摘要 针对包钢集团选矿厂反浮尾矿系统铁品位、回收率低的问题,开展了搅拌磨细磨强化解离试验研究。进行了磁场强度、磨矿粒度等条件试验及反浮尾矿弱磁预选-搅拌磨细磨-弱磁选流程试验,并对细磨前后矿样进行了粒度分布和解离度检测分析。结果表明,立式搅拌磨细磨能有效提高铁矿物解离度,提高矿物的分选指标:在磨矿粒度为-0.037 mm粒级占94.5%时,磁铁矿单体解度离度由细磨前的59.6%提高至86.2%,获得铁精矿品位66.18%、回收率63.18%、精矿产率30.81%的技术指标。 To improve the Fe grade and recovery of reverse flotation tailings from ore dressing plant of Baotou Iron Steel(Group) Co Ltd,a research to intensify the mineral liberation by fine-grinding with stirring mill was carried out.Parameter tests on magnetic field strength and grinding fineness,and an experiment on a flowsheet of low intensity magnetic pre-separation-fine grinding with stirring mill-low intensity magnetic separation,were conducted,while the particle size distribution and liberation degree of sample before and after fine-grinding were characterized.The results indicate that the liberation degree of iron minerals can be effectively increased by fine grinding with vertical stirring mill,and the iron grade and recovery can be improved evidently.With 94.5% particles of-0.037 mm grinding size,the liberation degree of magnetite can be increased from 59.6% to 86.2%,and the yield,Fe grade and recovery of the magnetic separation concentrate are 30.81%,66.18% and 63.18%,respectively.
