Technology and Facilities Upgrade of a Chromite Concentrator

对某铬铁矿选厂的选别流程及设备进行了考查,论述了块矿和碎矿重介质选矿、粉矿螺旋溜槽选矿以及尾矿处理工艺中存在的设备制约因素。依据已有工艺技术装备的性能,通过适当的技术改造,实现了生产能力的升级。改造后生产工艺合理,系统能力匹配、均衡,最终产品产量及质量均迅速达到了预期目标,满足了后续生产工序的需求。

Beneficiation flowsheet and facilities of a chromite concentrator were investigated,and some equipment-dependent factors for heavy medium separation of massive and crushed ores,spiral chute separation of fine ore,and tailings disposal were discussed.Based on the performance of the existing technical facilities,corresponding renovation was applied,and the manufacturing capacity was upgraded.After the transformation,different parts in the whole system are matching and balance in capacity,and the productivity and quality of final products can achieve the anticipated target and meet the requirement for the successive processes.
