立式螺旋搅拌磨机在钼精选泡沫擦洗中的应用

Application of Vertical Stirred Mill in Foam Scrubbing of Molybdenum Cleaning

介绍了立式螺旋搅拌磨机的基本结构、工作原理及其在钼精选泡沫擦洗中的应用。根据立式磨摩擦研磨、剪切力强的特点,将其应用于钼精选段的泡沫擦洗,通过磨剥和擦洗清除掉矿物表面过多的油药,打开泡沫聚团,使辉钼矿与杂质有效分离,提高了钼精矿品位和回收率。实践证明立式螺旋搅拌磨机用于钼精矿泡沫擦洗技术可行,效果显著。

Basic structure,working mechanism of vertical stirred mill（VSM） and its application for foam scrubbing in the cleaning process of molybdenum flotation were introduced.VSM possesses characteristics of rubbing grinding and strong shear force,and has been used for foam scrubbing in cleaning process of molybdenum flotation.Conseguently excess mineral oil medicine coated on minerals can be peeled,scrubbed and washed down,and the bubble agglomeration can be disrupted and dispersed,molybdenum can be effectively beneficiated from the gangues,therewith the grade and recovery of molybdenum concentrate can be increased.This practice verified that it is technically feasible and effective to use VSM for foam scrubbing of molybdenum concentrate.
