摘要
在相同的焊接工艺参数下,采用焊接间隙为1 mm等距和焊接起始点到焊接终止点间隙从1 mm渐变到3 mm两种装配方式,对薄板进行焊接,利用SYSWELD有限元分析软件对薄板对接焊缝进行数值模拟,得出平板对接焊缝的温度场分布、残余应力和变形,并通过试验验证了模拟分析结果。在此基础上,提出了最佳焊接工艺参数和装配方式,研究认为,采用焊缝间隙从1 mm渐变到3 mm的装配方式减小了薄板焊接变形,提高了薄板对接焊的质量,更适合用于薄板焊接。
In the same welding parameters,two kinds of assembly way were adopted,one way is welding clearance 1 mm isometric assembly,the other one is the welding clearance from 1 mm to 3 mm between welding starting point and stop point,to carry out thin sheet welding.Using SYSWELD finite element analysis software to simulate the plate butt weld,obtained temperature field distribution,residual stress and deformation,and validated the simulation analysis results through tests,on the basis of those,it put forward the best welding parameter and assembly way.It regarded that the assembly way of welding clearance from 1 mm to 3 mm can reduce thin sheet welding deformation,improve butt welding quality,it is more suitable for thin sheet welding.
