摘要 对垃圾压缩机中所常用的LQY-800型压缩机的机体结构设计进行了研究。针对垃圾压缩机的工作特点,分析了机体设计要求;根据机体的受力特性对底板进行了相关的设计和计算;根据流体力学原理对机体倾斜方案进行了分析和相关计算;对机体的尺寸和结构强度进行了详细的设计和计算,以满足垃圾压缩机整体的可靠性要求。 The block structure of LQY-800 compacting machine,which is commonly used in garbage compacting,is researched.The design requirements of the block are analysized based on the working characteristics of garbage compacting machine.The related design and calculation of the base plate are presented according to the mechanical characteristics.The related analysis and calculation of the scheme of body inclination are described on the basis of fluid mechanics.The dimension and structural strength of the block are designed and calculated detailedly to meet the reliability requirements of the garbage compacting machine.
