摘要 超声换能器是超声加工乃至超声学的核心部件,在研究功率超声换能器基本理论的基础上,进行大功率纵向压电式复合换能器的研制,得出了适应超声加工的大功率纵向压电式换能器的合理结构形式和设计参数,确定了所用压电换能器结构参数及前后盖板振速比,并采用有限元法对换能器进行振动模态分析,确定换能器辐射端面的最佳振动模态及其纵向谐振频率,并通过实验研究加以验证。研究表明,换能器辐射端面振幅在谐振点处最大;当频率一定时,振幅随着功率的增大而增大,当频率离开谐振点频率越远,振幅逐渐减小。 The ultrasonic transducer is key part of ultrasonic and ultrasonic processing,The longitudinal piezoelectricity compound transducer for ultrasonic processing have been developed while drawn the rational structure form and design parameter of high-power on the basis of studying the basic theories of ultrasonic transducer of power.The best vibration mode of the transducer and it's radiation terminal surface can be analyzed adopt finite element,in addition the longitudinal resonance frequency can be definite through the experiment,and the amplitude of the transducer radiation terminal surface have been shown that is the largest in resonance point;When frequency is sure,the amplitude increases with increase of the power,It is the farther from resonance point in frequency,the amplitude is reduced gradually.
