摘要
为提高飞机结构件数控编程效率和质量,课题组开发了一套"飞机结构件快速数控编程系统",该系统根据飞机结构件数控加工方案自动完成零件数控编程。在分析现有加工方案生成技术及其局限性基础上,提出飞机结构件数控加工方案快速生成技术。主要内容包括:(1)定制飞机结构件加工方案内容,建立其数据模型,完成加工方案规范化定义;(2)以方案规范化定义为基础,开展快速生成技术的研究与开发;(3)介绍方案正确性检查及方案输出等。与现有加工方案生成技术相比,技术具有方案定义规范、方案生成快速准确等特点,此外,还体现了加工方案知识表达与重用。
To improve the efficiency and quality of numerical control(NC)programming to airplane structure,a set of "Rapid NC programming system"has been developed.This system carries out NC programming automatically according to the NC machining plan of airplane structure.On the basis of analyzing of existing techniques for machining plan generation and their limitation,this paper presents a new generate technology for machining plan of airplane structure.It includes:(1)Customize the content of machining plan,and its structural model and standardized definition are proposed.(2)Base on the standardized definition of machining plan,the study and development of rapid generate technology is completed.(3)Introduce of Validity check and output of machining plan.Compared with other methods,this technique has several advantages,such as standardized definition of machining plan and the efficient and accurate of generation.In addition,it also manifests the knowledge expression and reuse of machining plan.
