Pro/E环境下产品数据集成接口的设计与实现

摘要 为了实现中小型企业设计子系统与其它子系统的产品信息集成共享,在分析了Pro/E的产品数据描述与存储机制后,提出了以BOM为主线,零部件工程数据库为数据源的产品数据集成框架;研究了Pro/E中产品装配关系的提取并给出了BOM自动生成算法;针对产品的非几何图形信息,提出了利用ExternalData(外部数据)功能进行工程数据库统一存储的方法。最后用Pro/ToolKit对集成接口进行了实现,提高了设计部门与其它部门的数据交换效率。 Aiming for Integrating and data-sharing of product data between design subsystem and the others in small-and middle-scale enterprise,this paper analyses modeling description of product and its storage organization in Pro/Engineer,and presents a integrative architecture which was organized by BOM,and based on engineering database of components.After that,the method of extracting assembly-structure in Pro/Engineer and algorithm of BOM construction is discussed,and ExternalData function is proposed for non-geometric data storing in engineering database.Finally utilizing Pro/Toolkkit an Integrative interface is implemented to motivate efficiency of data exchange between design department and the others.
