摘要
轧机压下大型伺服液压缸性能测试系统中,加载机架是重要设备之一,起到加载和安装伺服液压缸及其它辅件的作用。轧机伺服液压缸动态性能测试过程中机架不能对测试结果造成影响。采用有限元的方法对加载机架进行分析,先建立闭式机架的有限元模型,然后通过ANSYS软件对其进行模态分析,得到机架前8阶模态的振型和固有频率,从理论上验证了机架在系统动态频率测试中不会发生共振。
The load frame is a part of important equipment of the AGC rolling mill hydraulic servo-cylinder testing system.The frame is used to load and assemble the hydraulic servo-cylinder as well as some other component.The frame is supposed to make no effect to the testing result in the dynamic test of the rolling mill hydraulic servo-cylinder testing.The load frame is analyzed base on finite-element method in this paper.After the model of the closed-type frame is built,the top 8 bands of the vibration modes and natural frequencies are obtained in the modal analysis research on the frame through the software ANSYS,and it is known that the resonance vibration of the frame will not occur under the dynamic test frequency of the test system.
