摘要
结合现代设计手段对一个五档定轴变速箱进行动力学分析和NVH的研究,并在此基础上对轮齿修形,以控制传递精度,提出此传动系的最大激励区域,达到降低此变速箱的振动噪声。该研究结果在产品设计阶段整车的特性匹配和NVH的研究提供重要依据。
researching a five-speed axis-fixed transmission gearbox based on Moden Design from dynamics and NVH,and modifying gears'teeth to control the transfer precision,finally reducing it's the vibration noise and getting the most whine region of the transmission system.The researching result can be an effect help to the whole vehicular research on the early design.
