摘要 悬索跨越施工是油气长输管道施工的重点,不仅施工周期长,而且因有高空作业,安全风险很大。长庆油田姬惠输油管道苏堡子悬索跨越工程,处于黄土冲沟地带,地形起伏较大,安全问题成为施工中的重中之重。针对该工程的难点,探索研究了一种完全避免高空作业的悬索跨越施工方法,并在实践中得到应用。文章介绍了索跨主索、吊索等相关尺寸的精确计算方法,对原有方案和改进后的方案进行了对比,对改进后方案的施工程序进行了详细的阐述。实践证明,该施工方法不但极大地降低了施工安全风险,保证了施工质量,而且缩短了工期,显著节约了施工成本。 Cable-stayed pipeline crossing construction is the difficult focal work in the long distance oil and gas pipeline construction.It needs a long construction period and takes a big risk because of aloft work.The Subaozi cable-stayed crossing project of Changqing Oilfield Ji-Hui oil transportation pipeline is located in the region of loess gully with large hypsography variation,so that the safety problem is essential to construction work.In view of the difficult points,a new construction method is researched which absolutely avoids aloft work,and then it is used in the cable-stayed pipeline crossing construction.The exact dimension calculation of the main cables and slings is introduced.The improved scheme is compared with the original one and its construction procedure is described in detail.The results show that the method not only reduces the construction safety risk and ensures the construction quality,but also shortens working period and saves construction cost to a large degree.
