摘要 龙岗天然气净化厂工程设计有高低压放空火炬各1座,因现场地形不具备火炬塔架及火炬整体扳吊或双机抬吊的条件,故编制了三种吊装方案。通过与大型履带吊车正装、卷扬机牵引单体倒装两种传统吊装工艺的对比分析,决定采用同步倒装法吊装高低压放空火炬筒体,并剖析了吊装中的关键控制环节。同步倒装法在该工程高低压放空火炬筒体吊装中成功运用。实践证明,该吊装工艺经济、安全、工期短,为以后大型厂站双筒体乃至多筒体的吊装施工奠定了基础。 There are two gas flare stacks designed for high perssure gas and low pressure gas respectively at Longgang natural gas purifying plant.Because the site landform does not satisfy the operation conditions for invert integral flare stack tower hoisting or hoisting with dual cranes,three hoisting scenarios are worked out.After comparing with two traditional hoisting methods,i.e.normal operation with heavy caterpillar crane and invert operation with winch drawing single body,the synchronized invert operation method is adopted to hoist the high and low pressure gas flare stacks.The key points in the operation are analyzed,then the hoisting method is successfully applied in the project.The practice shows that the hoisting method is economical,safe and of short working period and can be used for other hoisting operations of large dual cylinders or multi-cylinders at large scale plants or stations in future.
