摘要
发动机缸盖冷却的研究对于提高发动机工作可靠性和发动机综合性能具有重要的意义。根据某型小型航空活塞发动机研发的需要,利用CFX软件对发动机起飞工况下冷却水道流场及其冷却特性进行了仿真研究,分析了缸内极端高温时冷却水道和缸盖的安全区域,对不同海拔高度标准环境温度起飞工况下冷却水道流场及冷却特性进行了分析。研究结果表明,该型航空活塞发动机缸盖冷却水道的设计基本能够满足发动机的冷却要求,但缸盖冷却水道的结构还有进一步改进空间。
The study of the engine cylinder-head cooling is very important for the work reliability and performance of the engine.According to the need of the research and development of a small aviation piston engine,the flow field and cooling characteristics in the cooling water duct of the small aviation piston engine under take-off condition were studied by using CFX software.The safety areas of the cooling water duct and cylinder-head of the engine under uttermost cylinder temperature condition were analyzed,and the flow field and cooling characteristics in the cooling water duct of the engine under different take-off altitude conditions were studied.The research results show that the design of the cooling water duct of the small aviation piston engine can satisfy the cooling needs of the engine basically,but the configuration of the cooling water duct in the engine cylinder-head can be modified in some areas.
