一种小型高速发动机用新型液压挺柱的设计

摘要 针对某小型高速发动机的特点,设计了一种液压挺柱,并相应地对整个配气机构进行改进设计。指出了液压挺柱的设计要点:相应的配合间隙、油压和回位弹簧弹力;在此基础上,加工了5件液压挺柱,并进行了装机试验。结果表明,发动机工作正常,怠速稳定,启动容易,新型液压挺柱的设计是成功的。 According to the structure characteristic of small capacity high speed engine,the hydraulic lifter is designed,and valve cam train is also correspondingly improved,key factors of consideration are also indicated: the clearance between matching parts,oil pressure and reset spring force.And 5 set of hydraulic lifter were made.The hydraulic lifter is tested combined with engine.Experimental result shows that engine works normally,idling is stable and it can start easily,the hydraulic lifter works reliably,and the design is successful.The paper could guide significantly engineering development of valve cam train with hydraulic lifter for small capacity high speed engine.
