摘要
多年来,新疆乌鲁木齐垦区没有一个科学合理的猪瘟免疫程序,免疫程序较为混乱,免疫效果亦不同。为探讨一种适合本地区的猪瘟免疫程序,有效预防猪瘟,而进行本试验。本试验是对仔猪猪瘟母源抗体的跟踪监测结果,对不同日龄仔猪免疫猪瘟疫苗,然后采集血样,检测猪瘟抗体效价。根据效价不断校正、最终确定为科学合理的猪瘟免疫程序,其免疫程序是:猪瘟的超前免疫,剂量1头份,根据抗体效价下降情况,35日龄进行二免,剂量4头份;仔猪常规免疫:一免30日龄、剂量2头份;二免50日龄、剂量4头份;生产母猪免疫:配种前(后)15d进行免疫,剂量4头份。应用此免疫程序的同时,严格遵守环境卫生消毒制度,再未发生猪瘟,抵御了猪瘟野毒的侵袋,提高了猪瘟防治水平,促进垦区生猪养殖向健康稳定的方向发展。
There is not a scientific and reasonable hog cholera immunity procedure in Wulumuqi,xinjiang farming reclamation area.Immunity procedure disorder.Experiment was carried out to monitoving female antibody of newbore pig cholera.immunity to hog cholera for different daily age,collecting blood,inspecting antihody effect of hog cholera.Adjusting on the basis titre Final immunity procedure is determinated.1 dosage of per head in ahead of hog cholera happening;1 dosuge of per 4 heads in aged at 35d;Convewtional immunity of newborn pig is: First immunity in aged at 30d with 1 dosage per 2 heads;second immunity in aged at 50d with 1 dosage per 4 heads;Immunity of 15d before breeding and after breeding with 1 dosage per 4 heads in producing female pigs.
