摘要
为了满足高速加工的要求,提高加工效率和精度,设计了一种基于软数字运动控制器(soft DMC)的圆弧插补控制器,由于采用全数字化硬件实现,相对于以往纯软件的实现,该控制器具有更好的灵活性、精确性以及处理速度。试验结果表明,该控制器具有良好的性能。
A novel In order to meet the requirements of high-speed processing and improve processing efficiency and accuracy,we design a circular interpolation controller based on soft digtal motion control,because it is achieved by all-digital hardware implementation,compared with the previous software-only implementation,the controller has better flexibility,accuracy and processing speed.The results show that the controller has good performance.
