摘要
传统的行星齿轮优化一般仅从最小体积出发,其最优解并未考虑对机构其他参数的影响通过分析行星齿轮机构的多种性能指标,包括外形尺寸、体积、齿面接触强度和齿根弯曲强度,从机构总体最优出发建立模型,采用层次分析法进行多目标优化。结果表明该模型能有效的满足设计要求。
Traditional optimization of planetary gear transmission generally focuses on the smallest volume only,and does not take into account the impact of other parameters of the body.By analyzing a variety of performance indicators of planetary gear mechanism,including the dimensions,size,tooth surface contact strength and the tooth root bending strength,the multi-objective optimal model can be established on AHP.The results show that the model can effectively meet the design requirements.
