摘要
差速器作为轴传动全地形车驱动桥的重要组成部件,其转矩分配特性和各构件的强度直接决定着全地形车的转向性能、通过性和可靠性。针对某型400CC全地形车差速器壳体进行了结构设计,并在Pro/E中建立了差速器壳体的3D模型。对差速器壳体在三种不同工况下进行了有限元分析分析结果表明差速器壳体的强度和刚度是足够的。
As an important component part of All-terrain Vehicle drive axle,differential's torque distribution characteristics and strength directly affect steering performance,passing performance and reliability of All-terrain Vehicle.Structure design of differential case on a type of 400CC All-terrain Vehicle is done,and 3D models are established in Pro/E.Finite element analysis is used to analyze the static structure strength of differential case.It shows that the strength and the stiffness of the differential case are satisfied.
