摘要
以实现地铁空压机测试自动化为目的,对空压机的测试系统总体功能进行了模块化分析,运用虚拟仪器的思想对测试系统的气路、硬件、软件进行设计,重点介绍了LabVIEW下配置采集卡、数据处理、报警设置和保存的技术。在实际应用中证明基于LabVIEW的地铁空压机测试系统开发周期短,运行稳定,采集数据实时可靠,具有很高的柔性。
With the purpose of metro air compressor test system automated,the modularization analysis of the test system overall function is given,all of the air course,hardware and software design is based on virtual instruments concept,and it is focus on the DAQ configuration、data processing、alarm threshold and report generation.Testing results prove that metro air compressor test system based on LabVIEW run steady,data is reliable and collected in real time.The whole test system is flexible and can adjust quickly once user wants to upgrade it.
