摘要
针对传统的基于ISO6983标准的数控编程系统即时加工所存在的缺陷,提出一种基于二维图形交互的现场数控系统解决方案。该方案将摈弃CAM和G代码的束缚,通过简单易学的图形交互方式完成零件的描述和加工,大大简化加工过程与难度,节省加工时间和成本。该方案已通过试验得到初步验证。
To conquer some problems in traditional CNC systems which still comply with ISO6983,it puts forward a new CNC system which based on Interactive of 2D graphics.The new system could be used without CAM and G-code.With the help of interactive system which is understandable and maneuverable,machining would be easily accomplished,time and cost will also be saved.This project was primarily validated by experiment.
