陶瓷材料磨削裂纹扩展行为研究 被引量:3

摘要 探讨了陶瓷磨削裂纹源的来源、形成及扩展过程。同时,运用陶瓷微观结构的有关知识结合压痕断裂力学,分析了Al2O3-ZrO2(4Y)和TiC-TiB2陶瓷磨削裂纹的特征。磨削实验发现:由于在陶瓷中存在弱界面,裂纹易在此处形成,并发生偏转、分支和桥联等形式,使得材料中裂纹的扩展呈现不连续性。 The origin,process of establishment and creating about the grinding crack of ceramics were discussed in the article,meanwhile,the characteristic of grinding crack for the ceramics of Al2O3-ZrO2(4Y)and TiC-TiB2 were analyzed with the relevant knowledge of micromechanism and the Indentatin Mechanics.Due to the weak interface in the ceramics,the micro-crack and crack deflection,branching and bridging were formed in the ceramics,which lead to discontinuity of crack propagating in ceramic.
