基于有限元的机床滑鞍结构的动特性分析 被引量:12

摘要 滑鞍是数控加工中心关键零部件之一,其结构性能对数控机床的加工精度起重要影响作用。为了深入掌握该机型滑鞍的静动态性能,利用有限元计算手段,借助计算机及ANSYS软件的使用,对该滑鞍结构进行了模态分析及谐响应分析。结果表明:滑鞍的静位移变形量,动态性能都能满足精密机的要求。通过谐响应分析,得到了在简谐载荷作用下的振动响应,在激振力频率为330Hz和900Hz时容易产生共振。并得到了一些重要结论。验证了滑鞍的抗振性能,为滑鞍结构设计提供了必要的理论依据。 Sliding saddle is one of the key components of CNC machining center,whose structure and properties play an important effect in the machining accuracy of CNC machine tools.In order to in-depth master the static and dynamic properties of sliding saddle,we use finite element methods,with the help of computers and the use of ANSYS software,to make the modal analysis and harmonic response analysis of sliding saddle structure.The results show that:sliding saddle deformation of the static displacement and dynamic performance can meet the requirements of precision machines.By the harmonic response analysis,vibration response under the harmonic load is obtained,when force frequency come to 330Hz and 900Hz,resonance is prone to happen,and we get several important conclusions.Verified the sliding saddle of vibration performance,and this paper provides the necessary theoretical basis for the saddle structural design.
