摘要
针对汽车侧面碰撞安全性问题,运用显式非线性有限元软件LS-DYNA对国产某轿车的侧门碰撞强度进行了仿真分析。通过对车门碰撞参数指标加以分析,得出该车门碰撞安全性较差,吸能效果不够理想的特点。利用改变车门内防撞板的结构和放置方式以及将材料由普通钢改为高强度钢的手段优化车门防撞强度。由改进前后的数值计算结果对比表明,优化后车门在侵入量,侵入速度,加速度以及吸能方面都得到了不同程度的改善,从而加强了车门碰撞强度,提高了汽车侧面碰撞安全性。
Aimed at the problem of car door side crashworthiness,one native car door side crashworthiness was analyzed by explicit non-linear finite element software LS-DYNA.The analyzed parameter from crash indicated that side impact safety and effect of energy absorption of the door is dissatisfied.For enhanced the side crashworthiness,the structure and location of the bumper inside the door are changed,and the material shift to high-strength steel.Before and after improvement simulation results show that the displacement,velocity and acceleration of door deformation and the effect of energy absorption are increased.So the car door side crashworthiness is improved.
