摘要
由于设计和制造手段的限制,直齿圆锥轮齿廓曲线都是用背锥面上的渐开线来近似代替理论的球面渐开线,因此存在误差。结合球面渐开线的形成特点,运用空间几何学和计算机建模方法,在Pro/E Wildfire 3.0中精确的建立了理论齿廓曲线的齿轮参数化模型。通过改变参数值来重新构建齿轮模型,简化了设计步骤、提高了设计的柔性。
As the restriction of design and means of manufacture,the Tooth profile curve of straight tooth cone gears is always described approximatively by the involute of the back cone but not the accurate spherical involute.So we can not avoid the error.It using the theory of Space geometry and Modeling in computer,combining the formation characteristics of tooth spherical involute line,the straight tooth cone gears were parametric designed accurately in environment of Pro/Engineer Wildfire 3.0.Rebuild the model of the gears by change the parameters can simplify the process of design and improve the flexibility in design.
