摘要
提出一种基于三角网格模型的圆度在线检测方法。根据圆柱的空间位置、分布的测点和测点的矢量来进行测量路径的设计。利用最小二乘法,计算圆柱测量截面的圆度误差。最后以CMM检测结果作为理想的标准,对圆度在线检测结果进行评估,结果得出该方法所带来的圆度误差非常小。
To the roundness of On-line inspecting,it proposes an inspecting method based on polygonal models.According to the pose of the cylindrical polygonal model,the pose of points and the vector of each measuring point,a measuring path are planned.By using least squares,the circular cylindrical cross-section's error of roundness is calculated.Finally,by comparing with the CMM measurements considered standard,the result shows that this algorithm eliminates the measurement errors of roundness.
