母乳及配方奶喂养对早产儿智能发育的影响

Influence of breast milk and formulation milk on intelligence development of new-born

目的探讨母乳及配方奶喂养对早产儿智能发育的影响。方法 197例早产儿作为实验组,另选193例早产儿作为对照组,两组一般资料差异无统计学意义。对照组给予配方乳喂养,实验组给予母乳喂养。结果 3个月后,两组早产儿智力均有不同程度的增长,但实验组在NBNA、PDI、MDI和疾病率等方面均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论母乳喂养能显著促进早产儿健康成长和智力发育,是值得广大家长考虑和选择的哺育方式。

Objective To explore the influence of breast milk and formulation milk on intelligence development of new-born.Methods 300 new-borns were divided into experimental group and control group.Experimental group was fed breast milk,and control group was fed formulation milk.Results After three months,the intelligence of two groups developed in different degree,but the NBNA,PDI,MDI and disease rate in experimental group was significantly better than those in control group（P0.05）.Conclusion Feeding breast milk can prompt the healthy growing and intelligence development of new-born significantly,which is a feed type deserved parents considering and choosing.
