摘要
利用PRO/E建立了原五轴数控机床的三维模型,给出了三种支撑方案,通过ANSYS软件建立有限元整机分析模型,进行静态分析;通过ADAMS软件,模拟机床加工,进行动态性能分析,研究三种不同支撑结构对其静、动态性能的影响,得出对支撑形式的改进可有效地提高五轴数控机床的加工精度。
PRO/E is used to establish the 3D mode of Five-axis CNC Machine,Through ANSYS software the finite element analysis mode of the complete machine is established and the static analysis is carried out.Through the ADAMS software simulation,the process of the machine is simulated and the dynamic analysis is carried out.The static and dynamic performances are analyzed of the three different support structures.Improvement of structure of the supporting can effectively raise the working accuracy.
