摘要 文章以制冷压缩机为研究对象,采用模糊评价方法对顾客信息和产品技术特性数据进行处理,在质量机能展开(QFD)模型的质量屋中确定指标权重及其相互关系,建立了模糊QFD的模型,并举例说明了该模型的应用。目前阶段得出的结果表明模糊QFD模型在制冷压缩机设计过程中为确定顾客需求和技术特性之间的关系起到了一定的辅助和参考作用,并为企业在进行其它类似设计中提供一定的方法。 Aimed at the refrigeration compressor,in this paper fuzzy data is suggested for use to express the vagueness information in customer needs,and fuzzy evaluation method is inducted into traditional QFD model and then fuzzy QFD model is established in order to make certain index weights and their relationships,along with an refrigeration compressor example of this model to illuminate practicability.The results show that fuzzy QFD model plays a reference role to define the relationship between customer needs and technical characteristics,and this model also Provide a method for the company to other similar design.
