摘要 质量特征值来自多个变异源时,必须应用多变异源控制图以解决虚发警报过高的问题。文章的目的是研究多变异源控制图的操作特性(OC)曲线,通过对多个变异源的方差分析,基于对部分方差估计,计算OC曲线公式,了解多变异源控制图的检出力,并给出第二类错误风险与样本大小的关系,通过规定可接受的第二类错误风险即可确定合适的样本大小,为多变异源控制图选择样本大小找到了方法。 There is need to use a new control chart to monitoring a process in which the variance of the measurements is attributed to several sources of variability to reduce probability of false alarm.This article discusses the operating characteristic(OC) curve of the control charts.Based on the analysis of variance and variance components estimate for each source of variation,the probability of type Ⅱ error βis computed and the OC curve of control charts is plotted.An acceptable β will depend on the sample size from OC curve,so the appropriate choice of sample sizes will usually be made on economic grounds.
