基于群体动力理论对高校班级小群体行为的分析

Perspective on Culture of Class Selection to Promote the Construction of Harmonious Campus

高校班级小群体的存在是一个客观事实,其形成的根本原因是大学生个体交往的需要,社会文化环境也起到了推动作用,另外,班级建设的不足也是一重要方面。班级小群体行为容易导致学生个体责任感缺失,削弱班集体的凝聚力和向心力,影响班集体的和谐稳定。为此,须加强班级建设,注重教育、引导、转化,把班级小群体引上正确健康的发展轨道,最大限度地减少其负面作用,促进和谐班级、和谐校园建设。

Based on group dynamics by Kurt Lewin＇s theory, the paper analyzes the formation mechanism of small group behavior of culture of class selection and its negative role and proposes measures to solve the problem with the aim to promote harmonious building of class and campus.
