加味四君子汤治疗慢性呼吸衰竭66例

Treatment of Chronic Respiration Failure with Modified Sijunzi Decoction (加味四君子汤),a Report of 66 Cases

以加味四君子汤配合常规治疗措施，治疗慢性呼吸衰竭失代偿期６６例，并以单纯常规治疗３３例为对照。结果：治疗组显效２９例，好转２２例，无效１５例，总有效率为７７．３％；对照组显效７例，好转７例，无效１９例，总有效率为４２．４％；两组总有效率对比有显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０１）。主要症状、体征改善治疗组优于对照组（Ｐ＜０．０５），动脉血气分析结果治疗组亦优于对照组（Ｐ＜０．０１）。

Sixty six patients with chronic respiration failure decompensation period were treated with modified Sijunzi Decoction (加味四君子汤) and WM routine,33 cases treated only with routine were set up as the control group.Result:In the treatment group 29 were remarkably effective,22 effective,15 ineffective and the total effective rate was 77.3%;in the control group,it respectively was 7,7,19 and 42.4%.The difference between the two groups was significant(P<0 01).
