The article discusses the issue of copyright in marketing of image memorabilia of sports celebrity,such as the admission and transfer of copyright of image memorabilia,production and sale of the image memorabilia and the collection of the image memorabilia.It also sets forth the conflict of the copyright of the image memorabilia and image right of sportsmen.The article is of value in cleaning up the rights and interests of all parties in marketing the image memorabilia of the sports celebrity.
