中西医结合治疗血管性痴呆60例

Treatment of Vascular Dementia with Integrated TCM and WM,a Report of 60 Cases

采用复智汤为主，配合西药脑复康等治疗血管性痴呆６０例，并与单纯西药治疗３０例对照观察。结果：治疗组痊愈４例，显效１６例，有效３３例，无效７例，总有效率为８８．３３％；对照组痊愈１例，显效５例，有效１３例，无效１１例，总有效率为６３．３３％；两组比较，治疗组总有效率明显优于对照组（Ｐ＜０．０１）。

Sixty patients with vascular dementia were treated with oral Fuzhi Decoction (复智汤) and Encephabol,the control group of 30 cases was treated only with WM.Result:In the treatment group, 4 cases were cured,16 remarkably efective,33 effective, 7 ineffective and the total effective rate was 88.33%;in the control group,it respectively was 1,5,13,11 and 63.33%.The difference between the two groups was significant (P<0 01).
